The vigneron of the farm F.lli Pisoni will show you the winery and will offer you a wine tasting experience.
Among all the wine varieties, Nosiola is certainly the one to which the vignerons of Trentino are more attached. It is the only autochthonous white grape still cultivated in the region. This wine has a closed and wild character. In turns, it opens up and reveals its taste in time, similarly to the carachter and behaviors of the inhabitants of this valley.
The Lakes Valley is a beautiful area located between the Brenta Dolomites and Garda lake. There, the climatic conditions, combined with specific soil types, are ideal for the Nosiola cultivation. Thanks to the best bunches of this variety, one of the most significant sweet wines of the world is produced here: the Vino Santo Trentino, which is to be considered a small miracle able to defy the time flow.
